NorthernSparkUK Ltd. ("NorthernSparkUK,", "Ovatar" "we," "us," "our") provides its services (described below) to you through its website located at ovatar.io (the "Site") and its mobile applications and related services (collectively, such services, including any new features and applications, and the Site, the “Service(s)”), subject to the following Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, the “Terms of Service”). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. We will also notify you, either through the Services user interface, in an email notification or through other reasonable means. Any such changes will become effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after they are posted, except that changes addressing new functions of the Services or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Service, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Service. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Service and to review such changes.

When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect personal data and other information from you, as further described below:
The device, Usage Information, and Transactional Data. We collect information about how you use our Services and the computers or other devices, such as mobile phones or tablets, you use to access our Services. Some examples include:
Unique device identifiers and device attributes, like operating system and browser type
Usage data, such as time spend in the app, and time spends on each view, videos created, the location of photos and videos created, tags and names of videos created within the app.
Non-Identifiable or Aggregated Data: When you interact with Montage through the Services, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable data. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. Ovatar may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Ovatar affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Services, the number of visitors to each page of our Site or game of our apps, the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers, and how our users use and interact with the Ovatar Services.
Also, in an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, Ovatar often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the personal data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis. Ovatar may share this non-identifiable and aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners, but this type of non-identifiable and aggregate information does not identify you personally. Ovatar may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

You may request that we delete your account, and any information associated with your account, but please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to retain certain information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete your information, it will be deleted from the active database but may remain in our archives.
Montage Pro is a subscription service that can be purchased within the montage app for "pro features" this includes for example the ability to brand exported videos in the app. For a list all features "montage pro" provides please refer to the app as this will likely change from version to version.
Subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple iTunes, through the use of "In-App Purchases". Montage pro is not required for usage of the app and can be used without it. Information about the transaction, the user or any other information including bank details are at no point the transaction given or made accessible to "Ovatar", "Montage" or "NorthernSparkUK". However, Ovatar will store analytical data about any purchased products as a "receipt" accessible to all parties.
Your iTunes Account will be charged a set amount per month, this amount will change depending on your local currency and the version running. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of each month. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew from your iTunes Account settings, and not in the Montage App. If you have any issues with payments or have any queries about purchases made with your "Apple Account" please see Apple Support
